These Terms & Conditions explain how we manage use of our information, enquiries and event catering conversations at Strawbz Cape Town. They are written in plain English and are not legal advice.
Using our information
We share information about our hand-dipped chocolate strawberries, Wedding Favors & Dessert Bars, Corporate & Business Events, and Birthdays & Celebrations to help customers plan. You may read, save or share our public content for personal event-planning purposes, provided that you do not change it or present it as your own.
We aim to keep descriptions, imagery and contact details useful, but event requirements can vary. Please contact us directly for current availability, customised toppings, presentation details and any information needed for your celebration.
Enquiries and service requests
When you contact us about hand-dipped strawberries or event catering, we use the details you provide to understand your occasion and respond. An enquiry is not automatically a confirmed booking. We will discuss the relevant event details with you before confirming what we can prepare and provide.
Our approach is guided by Passion for Perfection, Finest Ingredients and Artistic Touch. Custom toppings, guest-favour presentation and dessert-display requirements should be discussed with us in advance so that we can consider the request properly.
Intellectual property
Our name, branding, written copy, photographs, layouts and other original material belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, publish, alter or commercially reuse these materials without our prior written permission.
We welcome customers sharing links to our official pages, but please keep our branding and image credits intact where applicable.
Acceptable use
You agree to use our information and contact channels lawfully and respectfully. Please do not submit misleading requests, attempt to interfere with our forms or systems, upload harmful material, impersonate another person, or use our content to promote an unrelated service.
We may decline or limit access to a contact channel where we reasonably believe it is being misused.
