Our delivery and shipping policy explains how we arrange hand-dipped chocolate strawberries for weddings, corporate functions, birthdays and other celebrations in and around Cape Town.
We arrange delivery for event orders when the location, date and order requirements have been discussed with us. Because our strawberries are prepared for celebrations and are best handled with care, we confirm the practical delivery arrangement directly for each enquiry.
We serve Cape Town event requirements where we have confirmed that the delivery location is workable for the order. We do not publish a fixed delivery radius or promise delivery to areas that have not been agreed with us in advance.
We confirm the preparation and delivery timing after we understand your event date, venue, quantity and presentation needs. An enquiry is not a confirmed delivery booking until we have agreed the details with you directly.
Delivery costs, if applicable, depend on the confirmed event arrangement and destination. We will communicate any delivery charge before the order or booking is finalised; we do not advertise a free-delivery threshold in the information currently available.
Where collection is agreed, we will provide the collection details and timing directly. Please make sure that someone is available at the agreed venue or collection point to receive the strawberries promptly and keep them in suitable conditions for serving.
We do not currently provide a standard parcel-shipping service or automatic courier tracking for every order. If a courier or another delivery method is agreed for a particular booking, we will explain how the handover will work and what information we can provide.
Please contact us as soon as possible if a delivery does not arrive as agreed, arrives late, or the strawberries appear damaged. Send us your name, event details, delivery location, the time you received the order and clear photographs where relevant so that we can review the issue with you.
Chocolate strawberries are delicate, perishable food items. We can only assess a delivery concern properly when it is reported promptly, particularly where damage may have occurred during transport or after handover. We will discuss the appropriate next step based on the confirmed order and the nature of the problem.
If a delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available, the address is incorrect, access is unavailable, or the agreed timing is missed, please contact us immediately. Any additional arrangement or cost will be discussed with you before it is incurred.
