Information we may receive

When you contact us by phone, email, contact form, or another direct channel, we may receive your name, contact details, event date, event type, guest or quantity information, delivery or venue details, and the preferences you choose to share. We use these details to understand your enquiry and prepare an appropriate response.

We may also receive ordinary technical information when you use our pages, such as browser type, device information, approximate location, pages viewed, and general interaction data. This information may be collected through server logs, basic analytics, or similar tools if those tools are enabled.

How we use your information

We use enquiry information to reply to you, discuss availability and requirements, prepare event-related guidance, coordinate agreed arrangements, and provide our hand-dipped chocolate strawberries with the presentation and toppings you request. We may use your contact details to clarify an order or booking, but we do not use them to make unrelated marketing claims.

We may use aggregated or non-identifying technical information to understand how our pages perform and to improve the way customers find information about our event catering. We do not need to identify you personally to review general site-use patterns.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond to an enquiry, manage an agreed booking or service request, resolve a query, meet our record-keeping responsibilities, or protect our legitimate business interests. When information is no longer needed, we aim to delete it or securely dispose of it.

Because enquiries differ in detail and importance, we do not promise one fixed retention period for every message. We avoid keeping personal information longer than the purpose requires.

When information may be shared

We may share relevant information with service providers who help us operate communications, website hosting, forms, email, analytics, payment or administrative functions, where those services are used. We share only information reasonably needed for the relevant task and expect providers to handle it appropriately.

We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law, or where disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect our rights, customers, property, or the security of our services. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and normal site use

Our pages may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies to support basic operation. If analytics or embedded third-party content is enabled, those providers may process technical information according to their own notices.
